2. Visiting this website (server log files)

When you open this website, your browser automatically sends data to our hosting provider's server: the page requested, date and time, amount of data transferred, browser type, operating system, referrer and IP address. This data is technically necessary and serves security and stability. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log files are deleted or anonymized after 30 days at the latest.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by a service provider within the European Union. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.

4. Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and uses no analytics or tracking.

5. Fonts and media

All fonts, images and scripts are served from our own server. No connection to external providers takes place, and your IP address is not passed to third parties.

6. Contact

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details to handle your request and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention periods apply.

7. Encryption

This website uses TLS encryption (HTTPS). You can recognize it by the lock icon in your browser's address bar.

8. Sharing data

We only share your data with third parties if this is necessary to perform a contract, you have consented, or we are legally obliged to do so. No data is transferred to countries outside the EU.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). To exercise these rights, send an informal message to hello@bubori.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg, Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany.

10. The JetMole app

The app has no account, analytics or cloud sync. Server details stay on your Mac, and files only go to the servers you connect to.
